It’s just an average low level preworkout with an interesting marketing angle. I feel dumb for being reeled in by the marketing.

Every active and every amount is printed on the label, no proprietary blends. So there's nothing hidden, what's on the pack is what's in the scoop. Sorry if you were expecting something different.
It's a proper pre-workout, 5,000mg of creatine in one serving, which is a full daily dose where a lot of brands split three grams across two.
