Crack3d started the way most gym products should and mostly don't: two people who had trained for twenty-odd years, got tired of pre-workouts that hid their doses behind a “proprietary blend”, and decided to make the one they actually wanted to take.

Twenty-four years between us on the gym floor — bootcamps in the Lake District, Muay Thai, BJJ, and a lot of very ordinary early mornings. Long enough to have tried most of what's on the shelf, and to notice how much of it is the same powder in a different tub.

So the brief was simple. One scoop. A full 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate, rather than a token amount split across two servings so the tub runs out twice as fast. Every ingredient and every number printed on the label where you can check it. Blended in small batches in Yorkshire.

That is the whole idea. No secret formula, no claims we can't put a figure to. If it isn't on the label, we don't say it.
