The standard we set
The branding has a sense of humour. What goes in the tub does not. CRACK3D wasn't built by a boardroom — it was built by two people who train, for people who train. If we wouldn't take it before a heavy session ourselves, we wouldn't sell it.
Why we print every number
Most of the industry hides behind "proprietary blends" — a polite way of saying we didn't put much of the expensive stuff in, so we're not showing you the amounts. We do the opposite.
- Every milligram on the label. No hidden blends, no unnamed "complexes". If it's in there, the amount is printed on the tub.
- A full 5,000mg of creatine monohydrate in one scoop. That's the full daily dose in a single serving, where plenty of brands split three grams across two scoops so the tub empties twice as fast.
- 250mg caffeine, 2,500mg beta-alanine, L-citrulline, L-tyrosine, taurine. All stated, all checkable against the label.
- Independently analysed. Composition verified by an independent laboratory.

The bottom line
We spent months on the formula, the flavour and the mixability, and we'd rather tell you exactly what's in it than make a claim we can't put a figure to.
