• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. • Delivery: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email (including tracking details for full-sized tub orders).

Sample Packs & Sachet Shipping

• Free UK Delivery: All sample packs and sachet bundles include free standard UK shipping.

• Service Used: To keep sample packs affordable, standard sample orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Large Letter (estimated 2–3 working days). These orders are non-tracked unless otherwise specified.

• Special Circumstances: On high-value sample bundles, specific locations (e.g., Northern Ireland / offshore UK), or at our discretion, we may upgrade your sample shipment to Royal Mail Tracked 48 at no extra charge.

• Full-Sized Tubs: All full-sized product orders continue to be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked delivery as standard.
