We want you to be confident ordering from us. Please read the information below carefully, as food supplements are subject to hygiene and safety regulations.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Once cancelled, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

Important:
This right does not apply to food supplements that have been opened, unsealed, or used, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. This is due to hygiene and consumer safety regulations.

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

This sits on top of your legal rights, not instead of them.

If you have bought Crack3d and simply do not get on with it, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund what you paid for the product. You do not need to send the tub back and you do not need to give a reason.

  • Applies to opened tubs — that is the whole point of it

  • One guarantee claim per customer or household

  • Covers the price of the product. Original delivery charges are not refunded

  • Applies to tubs and bundles bought directly from crack3d.co.uk. Where a bundle is part used, we refund the unused tubs at the per-tub price

  • Email nicky@valorforgeproducts.com with your order number. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Eligibility for Returns

A return will only be accepted if:

  • The product is unused and unopened

  • The tamper seal is intact

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Opened or used pre-workout supplements cannot be returned or refunded, except where the product is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email nicky@valorforgeproducts.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.

Returns must be authorised before being sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly. We may request photos before arranging a replacement or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food supplements

  • Products with broken or missing tamper seals

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it.
