What we ask

  • Post about it honestly. If you hate a flavour, say so.
  • One post or story a month. That is it. No scripts, no brand guidelines, no approval process.
  • Tag #ad or #gifted on anything you post about us. This is not optional — UK advertising rules require it, and it protects you as much as it protects us.
  • Be 18 or over and based in the UK.

How to apply

Fill in the form below. Tell us where you train, what you take now, and drop your Instagram or TikTok handle. We are not counting your followers — we have taken people with 300 and turned down people with 30,000. We care whether you actually train and whether you sound like a person.

We review applications in batches and reply either way. If we are full, we will keep you on the list for the next intake.

The small print

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Membership is at our discretion and can be ended by either side at any time, with no charge and nothing owed.
